90 DAY HAPPINESS GUARANTEE: No-Hassel 90-Day Return Policy
We sincerely hope you love your order, but we understand things don't always work out -- that's why we offer our Happiness Guarantee.
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to return your order.
- All returns must be postmarked within 90 days of the delivery date in order to qualify as a return.
- All products must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. (does not apply to Damages or Order Issues)
- Please note that some items may incur a restock fee. (see Restock Fees below)
- Please note that some items are final sale and cannot be returned. (see Non-Returnable Items below)
Items with Restock Fees
The following items will incur a restock fee upon return. The amount will be deducted from refund.
- All Design Dua brand products (25% of purchase price, excluding shipping)
- All Milton & Goose brand products (25% of purchase price, excluding shipping)
- All Loog Guitars brand products (25% of purchase price, excluding shipping)
- All PlanToys USA brand products (25% of purchase price, excluding shipping)
- All Wee Gallery brand products (25% of purchase price, excluding shipping)
- All Malabar Baby brand products (25% of purchase price, excluding shipping)
- All Poppie Toys brand products (25% of purchase price, excluding shipping)
- All Little Lights US brand products (25% of purchase price, excluding shipping)
- All Wallery brand products (50% of purchase price, excluding shipping)
- All tables, chairs, shelving, cabinets, consoles, and clothes racks, regardless of brand (25% or purchase price, or the brand's restock fee, whichever is higher)
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the following:
- Items labeled "Final Sale" on the product page
- Items purchased on sale or with a coupon code
- Products that have been personalized or made to your specification
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products, diaper balm, nipple butter, diapers, underwear)
- Samples
- Free promotional products
- Items purchased using an installment loan where additional interest charges or fees are paid by Petite Merri in exchange for interest free loan for customer, including, but not limited to installment loans via Shop Pay Installments, Affirm, Klarna, PayPal Installments, or Afterpay.
- Gift cards
Damages and Order Issues
We will always help with damaged items! Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. You must contact us within 4 days of delivery receipt to avoid return shipping costs and restocking fees.
Start a Return
Log in to your account at https://account.petitemerri.com. If you received your item as a gift, or do not have an account, email hello@petitemerri.com to start a return. Please allow two (2) business days for a response.
Once we approve your return, we will email you instructions to complete your return. Please do not send back any item(s) until your return request has been accepted in writing. Items sent back to us without written approval may not be accepted.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return items. We strongly suggest sending returns with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns or exchanges lost in transit.
If multiple items were delivered to customer in multiple shipments, they may be combined into one package for a return or exchange as long as each individual product's packaging remains in tact.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 45 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@petitemerri.com.
Please note original shipping fees will not be credited. Gift recipients, or any customer, may request store credit instead of a credit to the original payment method if desired.

Order Cancellation & Changes
Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to fulfillment and we are unable to process changes to your order. Once at fulfillment, we cannot accept cancellations, or make any changes, substitutions or alterations to your order. Please be sure when placing your order that you are sure you’d like to place an order. You may return or exchange your order once you receive it.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Out of Stock Items
In the event a popular item sells out quickly, we may experience an oversell error on one or more items. When this happens we will determine approximately when the item will be back in stock and offer you the option to wait or receive a full refund. We will refund you the item(s) impacted within 14 business days.
